LOS ANGELES, June 22 (Reuters) – Google Inc ( GOOG. ) and Citigroup ( C.N ) are investing another $204 million within the Alta Wind Energy Center in Southern California’s Tehachapi Mountains, bringing their complete mixed funding within the venture to $314 million.
