LONDON (Reuters) – Politicians in Germany and France say they’ll press for Google Inc to be quizzed on corporate income tax after a Reuters report highlighted how the corporate employs sales employees within the UK whereas telling the tax authorities that sales are constituted of Ireland.
The Hawthorne research within the early nineteenth century examined and studied how managers can motivate employees to work extra efficiently, with high quality work at the maximum price of return. One of the areas of data derived from the Hawthorne research was that one thing more than pay incentives was bettering the staff’ output inside work groups.
